Faith Lutheran is a praying church. Led by God’s promises to hear prayer in 2 Chronicles 7:14 we offer multiple prayer ministries. Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. (NLT)

Continuing prayer opportunities include prayer chains; first Sunday anointing and prayers for healing during worship; monthly gatherings during the week to pray for our communities, churches and nation, and small group praying with the pastor and worship assistants before worship services begin.

Our prayer chains consist of members who have committed themselves to intercessory prayers on an as needed basis. If you would like our group to pray for you, email your request to jespruth@msn.com

Please include the words FLC prayer chain in the subject line of your email. You may also call the church office at 392-5076; your confidential request will be directed to one of our prayer coordinators.

On the First Sunday of the Month our healing team is present as part of the worship service to anoint and pray with individuals and/or groups. Such requests are always confidential.

OPEN FOR PRAYER
We invite you to join us the second Tuesday of each month from 6-7 p.m and be a part of praying with one another for our community, our congregation, God's work in the world and any other needs. When we pray together, our Lord promises to be present with us.

We eagerly welcome your participation, remembering the words of our Lord Jesus: “I also tell you this: If two of you agree here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.’’ (Mt:18:19,20 NLT )

xxxxQuotes from Martin Luther...ON PRAYER
Oh, if I could only pray the way this dog watches the meat! All his
thoughts are concentrated on the piece of meat. Otherwise he has
no thought, wish, or hope.
